On Tuesday 17th March, Hockey NSW issued a statement that included "Hockey NSW strongly recommends delaying the start of all hockey competitions and all related hockey activities (including training) in NSW until Saturday 2nd May 2020."

Accordingly, the Sydney South Hockey Association confirmed on the same day that all competition commencement would be delayed until Friday 1 May at the earliest.

The recommendations of Hockey NSW in relation to training are also being observed by Bosco Hockey Club.  There will be no official Bosco Hockey Club training activities conducted prior to the start of May.

If there are any changes to the recommendations, the Club will communicate directly with team convenors to pass the message to players and supporters.
